Delete your account in the app

The quickest way is from inside Day 100:

1. Open Day 100 and sign in.
2. Tap Settings (from the Home or Profile screen).
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Ask us to delete your account

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email privacy@day100.co from the email address you use for Day 100, with the subject "Delete my Day 100 account". We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account. We'll delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

• Your account: email address and sign-in details, including Apple or Google sign-in links
• Your profile: display name, username, fitness level, goals, preferences and assessment answers
• Your activity: all challenges, daily check-ins, streaks and grace days
• Your plans, notifications, and the challenges you follow or have hidden

What we keep

• Records of subscription purchases that we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. These hold an anonymous subscription identifier, not your profile or activity.
• Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, under their own privacy policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Day 100 Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may continue to be charged.
